About the event

Discover the Zentangle Method® – A Calming, Structured, Mindful Creative Journey


Join us for a six-week course designed to introduce you to the Zentangle Method®—an easy-to-learn, structured approach to drawing that promotes relaxation and focus. No artistic experience is needed. All materials are provided.


Each weekly session (1.5 hours) provides a calm and supportive space where you will:


✔ Learn and practice a variety of Zentangle® patterns (tangles)

✔ Experience the benefits of structured creativity and mindfulness

✔ Discover how Zentangle® can help with focus, relaxation, and stress reduction, supported by research into its positive effects on well-being
