Course Booking Terms

  1. Booking and Payment: Booking is made by a range of ayment methods by Stripe.Inc on behalf of Element, through the Wix Website. By booking you are agreeing to the Terms issued by Stripe and Wix. If you are unable to use the Wix Website to book a course, you may contact telling us which course you would like to book, and make a payment through Revolut or by Bank Transfer. Invoices are issued through the Wix website, and by booking outside of Wix you agree to be added to the Wix Website manually, using a nominated email address so that you can be invoiced as paid. The website may also issue a ticket which you can download. You may also ask for an invoice by emailing Some courses may require a deposit and these are not refundable.

  2. When you book a course through the Wix Website you will be automatically subscribed to our newsletter mailing list. You are able to Unsubscribe from these at any time. We will not send any more than two mailings a month.

  3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at any time up to ten days before a course start date for a full refund. You can make this request in your account on the Wix Website. If you wish to cancel after ten days before the course start date, you will pay 50% of the course cost. This is because we will have already agreed to pay for venue, refreshments and bought equipment for you. However, you can reschedule the course for another session. Please contact us by emailing It may be possible to convert the amount into Element Box gift cards, for you or as a gift to a friend or family.

  4. Changes by the Provider: If we change a course so that you are unable to attend, for example, moving the venue, then do contact us on and we can support you to attend. If we cancel your session, we will give you a full refund.

  5. Liability and Insurance: All training is held in external venues which would have appropriate insurances in place.

  6. Data Protection and Privacy: All customer data is held within the Wix website which is the Data Controller. Emails are never shared with third parties.

  7. Complaints Procedure: In the event of a complaint, suggestion, please put this in writing to You will get a response within 24 hours.

  8. Intellectual Property (IP) All IP is held by Kusam Bedi. You may not publish, share or sell any course materials.

  9. Force Majeure: Both parties fare released from liability or obligation when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond their control occurs.

  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by UK and EU law, and the jurisdiction in which disputes will be settled is the United Kingdom.

  11. Accessibility and Special Requirements: We will make every reasonable adjustment, to help everyone make the most of their time on a course. Please let us know on the booking form if there is anything we should know in advance that may help you.

  12. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent: For Mindful drawing courses the minimum age to access the course is 14, with an accompanying guardian or parent.
