Introduction to emerging research A run through of the six steps A practical hands on drawing session, which will take up the majority of the session How to apply this to young people, of different ages How to use the method to support your own wellbeing All tools will be provided and if you wish to buy tools to use later they are available from us. However, you can make up your own tools easily. Tools include a quality fineliner pen, pencil, sharpener, and a selection of tiles (either 'Apprentice' (for young people) or standard, for adults. This is not 'colouring in', its a focussed way of drawing abstract patterns which is accesible to anyone, even if they think they can't draw.. Its easy to learn, there is a wealth of information accessible for free and the tools and resources you need are simple. This is not an a certification course.
